Hi there 👋🏻 My name is Emily and I’m a mom and a wife living in Michigan.

I wanted to start this blog for one main reason. My husband and I recently experienced an infant loss in November 2023. Our son lived for 2 days. He had a life limiting diagnosis.

My prayer for anyone that reads this is that it may reach anyone who is also dealing with all the struggles that I was also dealing with when I found everything out about our son. I pray that it reaches someone going through a similar journey although I wish this journey upon no one. Nobody should have to go through this pain and heart ache. I also pray that anyone who hasn’t had to go through something like this can better understand me and where I’m at through my words. I pray my words are accepted.

Although time has passed I will be sharing everything I can truly put into words about our story and where I’m at now.
